ART

What is ART?

ART (Active Release Techniques) is a state-of-the-art soft tissue treatment that is drug free and does not require any surgery. It is a very hands-on approach to relieving patients from all of their aches and pains. ART can help with a wide of range of problems, including headaches, neck pain, back pain, pinched nerves, plantar fasciitis, TMJ problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and more.

In order to become an ART provider, each professional must complete extensive hands on instruction and written practical testing that is unparralleled by other soft tissue programs. An ART Provider is trained to palpate and treat more than 500 muscular and fascial injuries and over 100 nerve entrapments, which often cause numbness and tingling.

How Does ART Work?

When you make an appointment for ART, your doctor will evaluate the relative tension, texture and movement of your soft tissues. During this evaluation, the source of your pain and dysfunction will be detected and your doctor will perform what is necessary to correct it.

The Amazing Results!

Once you have received a session of ART treatment, you should notice immediate improvement and relief from pain. Through the years, your doctor will go through intensive training to refine and master this type of therapy, so they can continue to bring you proper care for your pain.
